When I came about your website I was hesitant at first but was willing to pay for some samples. I did this twice. The samples were fast and great. That is what led me to order 100 scrolls.
The proofing process was quick and efficient. I was receiving replies within hours and not days. I could almost not believe the hard work and effort that was being put into my order. I was most definately impressed. Your proofing department actually customized my order for me twice and never once complained. That is amazing. I have not seen customer service and dedication like that from any other company ever.
The delivery time astounded me. When I ordered the samples I received them within three days. Once again I was impressed. When I placed my order I expected to wait quite a while because the verse and size was custom. I was wrong. I had my finished and beautiful products within one week. Again I can honestly say that no other company can compare to you on that.
The quality you provide is superior to most. I say this honestly. I was and am very delighted in my order. So well done, well prepared, and well packaged. No one would believe me if I told them the cost. Sorry but I have to be childish here....."Your so awesome".
Customer service just as the rest of your company exceeded my expectations. I had to revise my order a few times (because of me not you) , and had quite a few questions along the way. Everyone was willing, and happy to help. No one complained about my changes or requests. Actually it was the reverse. I kept getting asked if this was alright. You can be sure that your customer service department is well and definatly makes it easy to choose your company over any others. They made everything I wished for happen, and did it with a smile.
I know that your request for information only mentioned the categories above, but I wish to comment on your website. GREAT!!!!!! Easy to navigate, easy to get online help, easy to find what your looking for, and easy to know how to order samples or actual products. Fabulous.
Not only am I pleased with the whole experience, I m actually going to be using your services once again for another project. Not one in the future. Probably next week. I find it cute that I got your email today, while I was trying to write out what my verses would be on the products I order from you.
