Dear Sir, I would like to give a client testimonial and am happy for you to include my name. Once I chose the design I liked, I contacted the proofs department to personlise the card. They were extremely efficient and although they said it would take up to 24 hours to respond to any amendments, they were generally in touch within 3-6 hours with a revised version of the card.
