My fiance and I would just like to express my appreciation for how hard Vivendra and the team worked on our invites.
They have come through and look exceptional. Throughout the process we have found the team to be engaging, professional and thorough. We must have emailed back and forth more times than I can remember, and each step of the way you`ve come back and re-designed or altered the proofs to our specifications. It`s truly world class customer service, and seeing as we are from the UK, we`ve had no trouble communicating what we want, and your team have delivered.
When ordering from abroad, understandably it can be nerve-wrecking when you are basing decisions through emails, but because we were shown proofs of what we were getting, it just made it so much easier.
We also had very tight timescales to which had acknowledged and made a special effort to send us the invites as soon as possible. For that, we cannot be more grateful.
It was a pleasure working with you. We will most certainly be recommending you to all of our friends and family getting married over the coming years. Thanks again for all the hard work. We`ll be sure to keep in touch for any future events :)
