Hello, Thank you for the follow up email. I appreciate the offer but extra items are not required thank you! The cards are better than we imagined they are absolutely perfect for our wedding invitations. The customer care team were fully helpful and supportive and made sure our requirements were met swiftly. They offered specialist advice and took our preferences into consideration easily. They had no issues when sending multiple proofs and kept checking everything meticulously to make sure it was of a perfect standard. The proofing process was long due to changes we kept making however the staff were very patient and swiftly made changes to ensure the cards were perfect! Ordering the cards was made very easy. Just wanted to say many thanks for the cards I ordered form you guys in Jan. Everyone commented on how nice they were. Now that the wedding is over, I need to send some thank you cards and was wondering whether you do any matching ones (something similar to the design and colours of the wedding cards that you guys did for me) but to a smaller size?
