The proofing process was easy and your turnaround times are very quick. My only feedback would be to make it a bit easier to speak with someone at your office. The chat was easy, however we tried to call on cell a few times but to no avail. When I did get through to the office I spoke with a pleasant and informative member of your team - Nishant.
