I placed an order on Sat August 13 and included an MS Word mock-up of the writing in the invitation. By Monday August 15, I received a card-mock up from the Proofs Department. Anurag Sablawat from the Proofs department was a thorough professional and a pleasure to work with. I sent in multiple changes and received back the corrected proofs within 24 hours each time.
Once I gave the green light to go to print on August 17, I received an email with a time estimate for the printing and shipping. Again, you exceeded my expectations! On 20th August, I received an email with the tracking number for the parcel. The cards were well packed in the parcel and were in perfect condition when they arrived.
The entire process was completely hassle free, very professional and the quality is top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Your attention to customer satisfaction is something a lot of other companies can learn from.
