I have received the card.
Overall, I am very happy with the whole process. From ordering the samples to receiving my bulk order, everything went smoothly. The proofing process was very efficient, however, at times, I did feel that maybe the proof team did not understand what I meant. But eventually, we got round to it.
I am also very impressed with the quality. All cards were free from defects- I had been told by others who have ordered their cards from India that it is important to order more cards, as very often there are defects. But I did not experience this. The only slight issue that I have with the printing is that in certain cards (I haven`t counted the numbers), the ink is faint. A difficult customer might complain.
Regarding customer service, I was generally very happy. However, for improvement, I would say that sometimes, if I asked a question, I would get a yes or no answer. As you guys are experienced in wedding cards, it would be of great help if you provided your opinions and suggestions, especially for new customers, as they don`t always know best.
Packaging and delivery was impressive.
In short, I would order from you again, and would recommend highly.
If I may suggest, what would be very useful is if customer provide their feedback on the specific cards that they have ordered. Or maybe if you published customers opinions on the card page for new buyers.
I would prefer if my personal details were not published on the website.
