I started the process by ordering samples of a few cards which were received promptly within a few days of ordering. Once I chose the design I liked, I contacted the proofs department to personlise the card. They were extremely efficient and although they said it would take up to 24 hours to respond to any amendments, they were generally in touch within 3-6 hours with a revised version of the card.
